摘 要:针对船用燃气轮机带电力负载甩负荷情况下超调量大稳定时间长,突增负荷时的超温现象,引入动力涡轮放气,利用Simulink工具设计和比较两种新的控制器并在某型三轴燃气轮机上进行验证性仿真,燃气轮机控制器中参数对调速品质的影响也分别进行了优选和细化仿真。结果表明,带预估油量控制器模型调速效果更优,甩负荷下稳定时间10.23s瞬态调速率5.57%,相较之前文献稳定时间提升了14.19s,瞬态调速率降低了12.13%。In the light of the character of shipboard gas turbine with electric power load has a large amount overshoot and long stable time of load shedding,introduced the power turbine bleed mechanism in support of Simulink technology designed and compared two kinds of new controller, and verified the feasibility of controller on a certain three shaft gas turbine, the influence of adjustable parameter on speed regulation quality, respectively, performed refinement and simulation optimization. The results showed that estimating the amount of oil PID control model has a better effect on speed regulation, the stable tine of load shedding is 10.23 s, the transient adjustable rate 5.57 %, compared with previous literature, stable tine decreased by 14.19s,transient adjustable rate decreased by 12.13%.
