摘 要:通过不同变形速率下的形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy,SMA)丝的加卸载循环试验,研究了循环次数、变形速率对SMA力学性质的影响。结果表明:加卸载循环试验中SMA丝的相变应力、残余应变、等效阻尼比等参数均随着循环次数的增加而减小,SMA各力学参数随循环次数的持续增加趋于稳定;随变形速率增加,SMA马氏体正相变应力和等效阻尼比增加,马氏体逆相变应力逐渐减小,当速率持续增加至一定范围时,SMA的力学性质对速率的敏感性降低;加卸载循环训练期间的变形速率对稳定后SMA的力学性质影响不显著。此结果可为SMA的循环训练和SMA阻尼器的设计提供参考。The influences of cycle number and deformation rate on mechanical characteristics of shape memory alloy( SMA) are investigated through cyclic loading experiments of SMA under different deformation rate. The results show that the phase transformation stresses,residual strain,equivalent damping ratio of SMA under cyclic loading decrease as the cycle number increasing,and finally the mechanical characteristics of SMA arrive at a stable state. The phase forward transformation stresses and equivalent damping ratio increase,and the phase reverse transformation stresses decrease as deformation rate increasing. Meanwhile,the mechanical characteristics arrive at stability as the deformation rate increasing at a certain range. In addition,the deformation rate of SMA under the cyclic loading has not significant influence on the mechanical characteristic of stable SMA. These results will give a reference for SMA mechanical training and SMA damper design.
