摘  要:针对传统混凝土楼板自重大、不环保等特点,本文提出了一种新的楼板形式,即冷弯薄壁型钢—意杨胶合板组合板。利用意杨胶合板与薄壁型钢板通过结构胶和螺钉组合,制作了14块组合板,对其受弯性能进行试验分析,观测其整体工作性能及破坏特征。研究发现,本文提出的组合板在正常使用阶段胶合板和薄壁型钢二者具有良好的整体工作性能,其抗弯刚度及承载力能够满足作为民用楼盖的要求。通过试验探讨了组合板受弯性能的影响因素,结果显示,薄壁型钢厚度、截面高度和连接方式是影响其抗弯性能的主要因素;依据试验结果得出了组合板的刚度计算公式;在组合结构抗弯理论的基础上,通过试验结果拟合出了型钢-胶合板组合板抗弯承载力计算公式。Since the traditional concrete floors are heavy and not environmental-friendly,this paper proposed a new form of floor,composite slab made of thin-walled cold-formed steel and Italian poplar plywood. A total of 14 pieces of composite slabs combined by glue and screws were made to test their flexural properties,overall performance,and the destruction features. Results indicated that the proposed composite slab had a good whole work capability during serviceability states and the flexural rigidity and bearing capacity can satisfy the requirements of the civilian applications of floor. Through experiment the influence factors of flexural performance of composite slab were discussed and the results showed that the thickness of the thin walled steel,height of the cross section,and the connection mode were the main factors influencing the bending capacity. Based on the test results,the formulas of deflection and bearing capacity of composite slabs were derived.
