腔内泌尿外科发展对泌尿外科教学的影响

摘　　要：泌尿外科具有教学内容多、专业性强、实践性强以及概念抽象等诸多突出的特点,但在外科教学内容方面泌尿外科并非占据较大比例,不管是理论课程还是临床见习安排,泌尿外科的安排时间均比较短,再加上教学模式滞后,学生通常难以确切掌握重点。近年来泌尿外科的操作技术开始朝着微创趋势发展,而腔内泌尿外科就是其代表。随着腔内泌尿外科的出现及其发展,不仅给医学生的教育带来了极大的挑战及要求,而且还成了不可或缺的教学工具。笔者简要探讨腔内泌尿外科的发展对泌尿外科教学的影响,希望有助于促进泌尿外科教学效率的提高。Urology has multiple prominent characteristics such as plenty of teaching contents, strong specialty, strong practicality and abstract concepts. However, urology does not occupy a large proportion in surgery teaching. No matter in theoretical courses or in clinical practice arrangement, the arrangement time of urology is normally short. Plus the lagging behind of teaching mode, students often cannot master the key points accurately. Operation technique of urology developed in recent years continuously towards minimal invasive surgery, while endourology is its representative technology. The emergence and develop- ment of endourology not only bring great challenge and requirement to the education on medical students, but also become the indispensable teaching tool. This paper briefly discussed the influence of the devel- opment of endourology on the teaching of urology, hoping it can be beneficial to the improvement of teaching efficiency of urology.
