摘 要:为了鉴定东北地区异育银鲫Carassius auratus gibelio感染的病原体是否为洪湖碘泡虫Myxobolus honghuensis,在吉林省查干湖某异育银鲫养殖基地获取病鱼,采用病鱼体外观察、虫体形态学观察与可量形状测定,对该寄生虫进行了初步鉴定,并对该寄生虫的18S r DNA进行克隆、测序与生物信息学分析。结果表明:病鱼症状具有典型的碘泡虫感染特征;可量形状测定结果表明,虫体外观与尺寸均与洪湖碘泡虫接近;生物信息学分析表明,该虫的18S r DNA与Gen Bank中登录号为JF340216的洪湖碘泡虫同源性达到99.3%;系统发育树显示,与已知洪湖碘泡虫为同一进化分支,确定该病为洪湖碘泡虫感染。本研究中,首次报道了东北地区一例早期感染洪湖碘泡虫的异育银鲫病例,研究结果可为碘泡虫的防治提供参考。Morphology of diseased silver crucian carp Carassius auratus gibelio collected from a breeding base in Qagan Lake in northeast China was observed and morphometrics of a parasite were measured in the diseased fish. The parasite was identified by cloning, sequencing and bioinformatics of 18S rDNA. The results showed that the diseased fish had the typical symptoms of myxobolus infection, specially similar to Myxobolus honghuensis in shape and dimensions. Biological information analysis revealed that there was 99. 3% similarity of the 18S rDNA se-quence between this parasite and Myxobolus honghuensis ( GenBank:JF340216 ) . Phylogenetic tree indicated that this parasite and Myxobolus honghuensis were clustered into the same evolutionary branch, confirming that the infec-tion was caused by Myxobolus honghuensis. The findings were the first report an early infection of Myxobolus hong-huensis in northeast China and provided references with the prevention and treatment of myxobolus.
