摘　　要：考虑到数据用户分散分布在不同的地理区域,所以采用基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)分布式计算模式的WebGIS作为应用与开发平台。以达数据用户能够方便使用的目标。本系统采用ArcIMS作为应用平台,进行WebGIS信息系统的发布。Considering the data users scattered distribution in different geographical areas,so based on the Browser/Server（Browser/Server,B/S）distributed computing model of WebGIS as application and development platform.With a user can easily use data of the target.The system USES the ArcIMS as application platform,WebGIS information system release.
