摘　　要：目的多项研究显示microRNAs在肿瘤的进展中扮演着重要作用,本研究检测了microRNA-27b在良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌组织中的表达以及其相应的临床意义。方法检测28例良性前列腺组织和113例前列腺癌中microRNA-27b的表达,并对前列腺癌组织中microRNA-27b与Gleason评分,临床分期进行相关分析。结果 microRNA-27b在前列腺癌组织中的表达率显著低于良性前列腺增生的表达率(P<0.05),且microRNA-27b的表达与肿瘤的Gleason评分有相关性(P<0.05),但microRNA-27b在不同临床分期的前列腺癌中无明显差异,仅在良性前列腺组织与前列腺癌组织中有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论microRNA-27b在未来或许可作为一种重要的生物学标记物,用于前列腺癌的早期诊断和预后评估。Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-27b in different prostate tissues and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of microRNA-27b in 28 benign prostateic hyperplasia and 113 prostate cancer tissues was detected,and its correlation with Gleason Grading and clinical stages was analyzed.Results The expression of microRNA-27b decreased in prostate cancer compared with that in benign prostatic hyperplasia,and there was significant difference between the two types of tissues（P〈0.05）.Furthermore,the expression of microRNA-27b was significantly correlated with the Gleason Grading（P〈0.05）,bu not with clinical stages of prostate cancer.Conclusions The microRNA-27b might be a potential biomaker for the early dignosis and prognostic assessment of prostate cancer.
