摘　　要：随着我国互联网的发展以及我国政府"互联网+"行动计划的实施,众筹在我国迅速发展。桂林国际旅游胜地建设要实现从观光游到休闲体验游的转变,乡村旅游的开发与发展十分重要。发展旅游众筹从而促进桂林乡村旅游的发展,成为新形势下提升桂林旅游品质的新举措。With the development of the internet and our government implement Internet ＋ Plan, crowdfunding develops rapidly in our country. Guilin international tourism resort construction to make the transition from sightseeing to leisure and experience tourism, it＇s important to develop rural tourism. Developing tourism crowdfunding to promote the development of rural tourism in Guilin become new measures to improve the quality of Guilin tourism under the new situation.
