摘　　要：结合中国当前灾害救援护理管理工作实际情况,通过查阅、分析相关文献资料,探讨我国灾害救援护理工作中的应急管理、人力资源配置及组织管理现状。以期为护理人员更好地完成灾害救援等医疗保障任务、提高灾害救援能力提供参考。Combining with the nursing management of current disaster relief in China, this paper explored the emergency management, human resources allocation and organizational management in disaster relief work by consulting and analyzing related literature. It aimed to provide reference for nursing staff to achieve better disaster relief and other medical support, and improve relief ability.
