摘　　要：目的研究心脏移植术后患者血清中IL-6的变化及其在疾病发展过程中的意义。方法分别在移植前及术后第1、3、7、14、30天抽取患者静脉血,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清中IL-6浓度,并监测患者血清中FK506药物浓度。结果心脏移植患者血清中IL-6在术前与健康对照组人群无显著性差异(P>0.05),并在术后第一天明显升高(P<0.05),并于第3天开始降低,在术后第7天基本回复术前水平;移植急性排斥组患者血清中IL-6浓度显著高于术前水平,在未发生排斥反应时,移植稳定组患者血清中IL-6与术前无明显差异;移植急性排斥反应患者血清中FK506浓度与IL-6浓度呈现显著地负相关性(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6在移植急性排斥反应病情的发展中起着重要作用,监测受者血清中IL-6水平可预测急性排斥反应发生的风险。Objective To study the change and clinical significance of serum IL-6in patients with heart transplantation.Methods Serum IL-6was detected before and post transplantation on day 1,3,7,14,30 with ELISA.The level of Serum FK506 was measured on and off.Results There were no significant difference existed in the levels of serum IL-6in pre-transplantation patients compared to those of control group respectively（p0.05）.After operation,the levels of serum IL-6on day 1in patients were significantly higher,and dropper to the nadir on day 3,then rose to pre-operative values on day 7.These results indicated that the level of FK506 was negatively correlated with the level of serum IL-6.Conclusion IL-6 may play an important role in the development of post-transplanted rejection of patients,and could be an useful markers to monitor the level of immunosuppressant after cardiac transplantation.
