摘  要:目的分析本院临床分离的产吲哚金黄杆菌的药物敏感情况,指导临床合理用药。方法收集本院2012年1月-2013年12月期间临床分离的产吲哚金黄杆菌,采用法国生物梅里埃公司的全自动微生物分析仪VITEK-2进行菌株鉴定,以及VITEK-2配套药敏试验复合板进行药敏检测,分析其耐药谱。结果共收集了24株产吲哚金黄杆菌,且均呈现多重耐药谱。对碳青霉烯类抗生素亚胺培南的耐药率为95.8%。对头孢菌素类抗生素的耐药率很高,特别是对头孢唑林和头孢替坦的耐药率均为100%。对氨曲南的耐药率为100%,对磺胺类复方新诺明耐药率最低,为16.7%。结论本院分离的产吲哚金黄杆菌呈现多重耐药谱,对复方新诺明的敏感性最高。Objective To analyze the drug-resistant spectrum of Chryseobacterium indologenes isolated from clinical for rational using of antibiotics.Methods Chryseobacterium indologenes strains were isolated from our hospital.All the strains were identified by VITEK-2automatic bacterial identification system.Minimum inhibitory concentration of Chryseobacterium indologenes were determined using the VITEK-2composite panels for analyzing the drug-resistant spectrum.Results Twenty-four strains of Chryseobacterium indologenes were isolated and appeared multi-drug resistant spectrum in the study.The rate of isolated Chryseobacterium indologenes resistant to carbapenems was 95.8%.The rate of 24 strains resistant to cephalosporin antibiotics was very high.The drug-resistant rates of cefazolin and cefotetan were 100%.All the strains were resistance to aztreonam.The drug-resistant rates of compound sulfamethoxazole was the lowest(16.7%).Conclusion In our hospital,Chryseobacterium indologenes present multi-drug resistant spectrum,the compound sulfamethoxazole has the highest sensitivity.
