摘 要:在深入推进经济全球化、社会信息化的进程中,开放式创新具有重要意义。文章介绍了开放式创新的特征、内涵和实现途径,并基于开放式创新,分析了制约农业科技创新能力提升的因素,针对性地提出了强化开放创新意识、激发创新热情,健全开放创新机制、催生发展动力和优化创新资源整合、提升创新效率等推进农业科技开放式创新的对策,期望通过切实转变农业科技创新模式,提升农业科技创新能力,开创农业科技创新新局面,推动现代农业建设迈上新台阶。In the process of deeply propelling economic globalization and society informatization, open innovation is of great importance. Features, connotation and realization approaches of open innovation were introduced in the paper. Factors restricting improvement of agricultural science and technology innovation capacity were analyzed based on open innovation. Countermeasures for promoting open innovation of agricultural science and technology were put forward accordingly, such as intensifying consciousness of open innovation, motivating creativity emotion, perfecting mechanism of open innovation, hasten generating development power, optimizing innovation resource integration and improving innovation efficiency, etc. These were for shift of innovation pattern, enhance the innovation capacity of agricultural science and technology, create a new situation of agricuhural science and technology innovation and push modern agricuhural construction to a new level.
