农业科研单位科技兴农的做法和体会——以山东省农业科学院作物研究所为例

摘　　要：农业科研单位肩负着科技创新和科技兴农双重任务,只有持续的科技创新和高效的科技兴农,才能更好地服务"三农"。文章以山东省农业科学院作物所为例,阐述了其科教兴农的举措,即要有健全有力的组织领导,以稳定的经费投入为保障,以持续的创新成果为支撑,以高效的示范基地为载体,通过项目带动、宣传拉动和产业推动,发挥联动作用,不断提高科技成果转化能力。同时指出科技兴农工作还存在缺乏综合型人才和科技推广机制不够完善等问题。To undertake the dual task of science and technology innovation and vitalizing agriculture, agricultural scientific research institutes should innovate the science and technology continuously and promote agriculture by science and technology effectively, which can serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers much better. Taking Crop Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case,measures for vitalizing agriculture by science and education were elaborated in the paper, i.e., a sound organizational leadership, a stable funds as guarantee, sustainable innovative achievements as support, efficient demonstration bases as the carrier, continuously promoting transform ability of science and technology achievements by the lead of projects, driving of propaganda and promoting of the industry. Problems in vitalizing agriculture by science and technology were also pointed out, such as short of comprehensive talents and imperfect of mechanism of scientific extension.
