摘 要:采用烧杯试验,比较了絮凝、氧化法对猪场废水厌氧-好氧处理出水的净化效果。絮凝对厌氧-好氧出水中污染物有较好的去除作用,综合考虑处理效果和药剂费用,生石灰+PAM组合为最适絮凝剂组合,PAM终浓度为2mg·L-1,生石灰适宜终浓度为800 mg·L-1。在此条件下,絮凝对COD去除率能够达到68.9%,TP去除率98.9%,色度降低87.5%,出水能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。氧化剂对厌氧-好氧出水中污染物去除有一定效果,从处理效果和药剂费用综合考虑,次氯酸钙为最适宜氧化剂,适宜终浓度为1000 mg·L-1。在此条件下,次氯酸钙对COD,氨氮,TP的去除率分别达到56.9%,76.4%、76.4%,色度降低98.4%。采用PAM和次氯酸钙组合处理,COD,TP,浊度去除效果明显改善。絮凝法对污染物的去除效果优于氧化法,氧化法的脱色效果优于絮凝。从药剂费用看,氧化法明显高于絮凝法。Flocculation method and oxidation methods were compared for further treatment of the effluent from combined anaerobic-aerobic process treating pig farm waste. The experiment was conducted in laboratory scale with beakers as reactor.The results showed that,considering the treatment efficiency and chemical cost,the optimal flocculant combination was Ca O + PAM with PAM final concentration of 2 mg·L- 1and Ca O final concentration of 800 mg·L- 1,under which the COD and TP removal efficiency were 68. 9%,98. 9% respectively,and chromaticity was reduced by 87. 5%. The flocculation effluent could meet"The National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards( grade 1) "( GB8978-1996). For the oxidation method,the optimal oxidant was calcium hypochlorite with a final concentration of 1000 mg·L- 1. The COD removal was 56. 9%,NH3-N 76. 4%,TP 76. 4%,and chromaticity 98. 4%. The removal of COD,TP and turbidity was improved obviously when calcium hypochlorite combined with PAM. Flocculation method was better for pollutants removal,and oxidation method was better for decoloration. In point of view of the cost,oxidation method was better than the flocculation method.
