摘　　要：目的分析葛根素特异性的敲除方法。方法分析葛根素特异性敲除技术的建立,并探讨葛根素敲除技术方法的应用。结果葛根素是葛根中的异黄酮,属于植物雌激素,葛根是豆科植物野葛的根。葛根主要具有生津止渴、退热舒肌以及止泄等作用。结论葛根素在临床上能够应用于改善心律失常、扩张血管、降血压、改善微循环等,特别是在改善心脑血管等炎症疾病方面有医疗价值。Objective To analyze the puerarin prime specific knockout method. Methods The establishment and discussion of the specific knockout technology of puerarin and the application of the method of puerarin knockout. Results Puerarin was pueraria isoflavones belonging to phytoestrogens. Pueraria was the root of leguminous plants. The main effect had thirst,fever and diarrhea and other effects. ConclusionPuerarin can improve cardiac arrhythmia,expand blood vessels,reduce blood pressure,improve microcirculation,especially in the improvement of cerebrovascular diseases.
