手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床效果。方法选取100例慢性肛周湿疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗和手术结合封闭治疗。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),患者症状改善时间、愈合时间、复发率均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论手术结合封闭及中药薰洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹疗效确切,复发率低,安全可靠。Objective To study the effect of surgery combined with fumigation of chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic crissum eczema. MethodsChose 100 cases of patients with chronic crissum eczema,randomly divided into observation group and control group. They were respectively given closed operation combined with fumigation of Chinese medicine and closed operation treatment. Results The curative effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group（P〈0.05）,symptoms improving time,healing time,the recurrence rate was less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgery combined with fumigation of chinese medicine for treatment of chronic eczema have low recurrence rate,safe and reliable.
