清热利湿化瘀汤与舍尼通联合治疗慢性非菌性前列腺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析清热利湿化瘀汤联合舍尼通治疗慢性非菌性前列腺炎的疗效。方法将98例慢性非菌性前列腺炎患者分为两组,各49例,对照组采取舍尼通治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采取清热利湿化瘀汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率95.9%高于对照组总有效率73.5%,治疗后中医症候评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论清热利湿化瘀汤联合舍尼通治疗慢性非菌性前列腺炎取得效果理想。Objective To analyze the effect of qingrelishi decoction combined with Cernilton in the treatment of chronic non bacterial prostatitis. Methods 98 cases of chronic non bacterial prostatitis patients were divided into two groups,each group of 49 cases. Control group adopted cernilton treatment. The treatment group took Qingre Lishi Huayu Decoction on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.9%,it was higher than that of the control group,73.5%. The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was lower than that in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Qingrelishi Huayu decoction combined with cernilton in the treatment of chronic non bacterial prostatitis have remarkable effect.
