Objective To study the correlation of critical care patients with arterial blood lactate level and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ. Methods Chose 120 cases of critical patients receiving in our patients as the research object, were divided into survival group and death group,60 cases in each group. Compared two groups of patients' chronic health score Ⅱ(A-PAc HE Ⅱ) and arterial blood lactate level admitted to hospital 24 hours. In patients with different A-PAc HE Ⅱ score, they were divided into group A,group B,and group C,and carried on the comparison to the arterial blood lactic acid level. Results The survival group and death group patients were compared about the A-PAc HE Ⅱ score and and arterial blood lactate level. It had significant differences(P〈0.05). B group of patients with arterial blood lactate level was significantly higher than group A(P〈0.05),while patients of group C,arterial blood lactic acid level was significantly higher than that of group A and group B(P〈0.05). Conclusion Arterial blood lactate level and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ is one of the important indicators to detect changes in critical care patients, and patients with arterial blood lactate level and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ were positively correlated.
