双模录音系统在电力调度交换网中的应用

摘　　要：随着智能电网建设的快速发展,变电站数量大幅增加,对变电站调度电话录音设备进行有效的统一管理愈发重要。文章提出了基于IP、模拟双模式录音的调度录音系统管理平台建设方案,实现了程控模拟电话、软交换IP电话在调度录音设备上的统一录音和管理,以及对所有变电站调度录音设备的远程集中管理和调度电话录音数据的异地存储,大大提高了工作效率和数据安全性,对其他单位调度录音设备的集中管理具有一定的借鉴意义。With the rapid development of smart grid, the number of substation has greatly increased. Unified management of the substation dispatching telephone recording equipment becomes more and more important. In this paper, we propose a dual-mode recording scheme for dispatching exchange network based on both IP and analog technique, which realizes the recording and management of analog phones and soft-switch IP phone on a single platform. It controls the recording equipment of all substations and stores dispatching telephone recording data in a remote and centralized platform, which greatly improves the work effi ciency and data security. The scheme has certain reference significance for centralized management of recording equipment in other enterprises.
