摘　　要：山东电力调度电话交换网组网方式涵盖了传统的2 M数字中继组网和软交换IP组网,在调度电话交换网规模不断扩大的同时,网络的结构日益复杂,存在调度电话实际占用路由难以判定、迂回路由状态无法实时监控等问题。文章以山东电力开展调度交换网运行状态实时监测研究和应用试点工作,阐述验证了采用指定路由自动拨测、中继告警集中监控、联网信令采集分析等多手段有效融合方式对调度交换网实现了实时监测,对丰富调度交换网运行状态实时监测技术手段具有一定的借鉴意义。The dispatching switch network in State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company includes the traditional 2M digital trunk network and the soft switching IP network. Increasing network scale and more complex network structure have caused the diffi culty of actual routing judgment in telephone dispatching and the real-time monitoring of the alternative routing status. In this paper, the research and application of real-time network monitoring in Shandong dispatching switch network are described. Methods including automatic dialing with specifi ed route, relay alarm centralized monitoring, networking signaling collection and analysis, etc are effi ciently integrated to realize the real-time monitoring of dispatching switch network, which has certain reference value for enriching the means of real-time monitoring.
