摘 要:为了量化营养液浓度对植物生长的影响,在3组不同浓度的营养液环境下,连续观测并采集蔬菜生长过程的图像,通过图像分割和边缘检测技术提取出蔬菜的总根长、株高和叶冠投影面积等外部形态特征数据。结果表明,运用计算机图像处理技术测量的根长、株高数据与人工测量结果之间的误差在5%范围内,而且对3组不同营养液浓度下油菜幼苗冠层叶面积的连续测量后发现,蔬菜生长过程中的叶冠投影面积的方差与其营养液浓度具有明显的一致性。Aiming to quantize the effects of nutrient solution concentration on plant growth, the continuous observation and im-age acquisition on the vegetable growth process under three different concentrations of nutrient solution environment weredone, and the total root length, plant height and leaf crown projected area and other data of external morphological charac-teristics were extracted through image segmentation and edge detection techniques. The results showed that the error betweenthe data about root length and plant height measured by computer image processing technology and the results of manualmeasurement was within 5%. After the consecutive measurements on leaf crown projection area under three different nutrientsolution concentration, it was concluded that the variance of leaf crown projection area and the size of the nutrient solutionconcentration were significantly consistent during the growth of vegetable.
