摘 要:2010年4-6月于华中农业大学盆栽场以水稻品种Ⅱ-623为材料,进行了氮、磷、锌配施盆栽试验,研究氮、磷、锌配施对水稻(Oryza sativa L.)幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,氮营养对水稻株高、叶绿素a含量、SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性起主要效应,而磷对根系生长影响大于氮和锌。与单一施用氮肥相比,氮磷、氮锌配合施用增加了水稻叶绿素a含量和水稻株高,促进了根系活力。平衡施用氮、磷、锌肥,水稻根长、根系活力、株高、叶绿素a含量均处于较高水平,较CK均有所增加,叶片SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性则最低,较CK均有所降低。综上所述,平衡施用氮、磷、锌肥可有效缓解水稻幼苗来自养分等环境胁迫,促进水稻根系和地上部生长。Studied the effects of combining application of N, P and Zn on rice(Oryza sativa L.) seedling growth and activity of antioxidant enzyme in Huazhong Agricultural University from April to June of 2010. Rice varieties Ⅱ-623 was test material and different N, P, Zn combinations were designed by pot experiments. The results showed that N played a main role in increasing rice plant height, content of leaf chlorophyll a and reducing the activity of SOD, POD, CAT and APX. Influence of P on root growth was greater than that of N and Zn. Compared with application N alone, combining application of N, P and N, Zn increased the rice plant height, content of leaf chlorophyll a, activity of leaf SOD, POD, CAT and APX. Compared with CK, balance application of nitiogen, phosphorus and zinc(NPZn) could increase the plant height, root length, root activity, and the content of the chlorophyll a, respectively, the balance application of NPZn could decrease the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and APX, respectively. In conclusion, balance application of nitrogen, phosphorus and zinc could relieve the effect of stress from nutrient environment, and promote the growth of root and the above of ground of rice seedling.
