宁夏生态移民区人口结构与产业结构匹配度研究

摘　　要：通过构建人口结构与产业结构的指标体系,采用灰色关联分析方法,实证分析宁夏生态移民区人口结构与产业结构之间的匹配度。结果表明,移民区人口结构和产业结构之间存在非常密切的关系,但整体不匹配,人口结构与产业结构的耦合关联度区域差异明显,移民区人口结构整体发展水平不高,产业结构调整难度较大。提出了加强人力资源开发,加大产业培育力度,发展多元经济,加快移民区后续产业发展步伐等建议。By constructing the index system of population structure and industrial structure, the gray correlation analysis method was used to illustrate the matching degree between population structure and industrial structure for ecological migration area in Ningxia from empirical perspective. Results showed that, there existed a very close relationship between population structure and industrial structure in migration area, but as whole it was mismatched. The regional differences of coupling correlation degree between population structure and industrial structure were significant. The overall development level of population structure in migration area was not high, so it＇s difficult to adjust industrial structure. Accordingly suggestions of strengthening development of human resources, increasing industry training, developing diversified economy, accelerating the development pace of the follow-up industry in migration area and so on were proposed.
