Atmospheric Environmental Quality Evaluation in Hebei Province Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

摘  要:为更好改善河北省大气环境质量,以2003~2012年河北省大气环境中主要污染物SO2、NO2、PM10监测结果为依据,在对应年均浓度变化特征分析基础上,运用模糊综合评价模型对近10年大气环境质量变化进行综合评价。研究结果显示,河北省大气环境质量2003、2004年属于中度污染,2005~2012年属于轻度污染,空气质量总体呈逐年好转趋势;主要污染因子权重2008年前为SO2,2008年后转为PM10且逐年加重,NO2权重虽始终未处于第一位,但10年间一直呈缓慢上升趋势。模糊综合评价方法较适合针对大区域多年少量数据进行总体评价;对区域性PM10、NO2的管控是河北今后大气环境管理重点。对区域性大气环境质量近年污染较重地区有一定借鉴意义。In order to improve the atmospheric environmental quality in Hebei Province, the paper used the monitoring results of three main atmospheric pollutants S02, NO2 and PM10 in 2003 - 2012 in Hebei Province as base and applied the analysis of the variation characteristics of annual average concentration to complete a comprehensively evaluation of the changes of atmospheric environmental quality in recent 10 years by utilizing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Research results showed that the atmospheric environmental quality in Hebei Province in 2003 and 2004 was moderate pollution, from 2005 to 2012 it was light pollution, the overall air quality improved year by year. The weight of main pollution factor was SO2 from 2003 to 2008, but it was PM10 after 2008 and it increased year by year. The weight of NO2 was never first, but had been slowly rising in 10 years. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is more suitable for the overall evaluation of the large area with small amount of data. The emphasis of Hebei atmospheric environmental management in the future is controlling the regional PM10 and NO2. This paper has certain significance for the areas where regional atmospheric environment has been heavily polluted in recent years.
