摘　　要：面对大数据时代征信数据采集和应用的新方式、新特点,我国也要积极探索新形势下的征信市场监管方式,立足我国实际,加强立法和制度设计,尽快对问题外资征信机构进行处理,正确处理外资征信机构的市场退出,引入监管人才,提高监管水平。In the face of the new modes and features of credit reference data collection and application in big data era,it＇s necessary for China to actively explore the credit reference market supervision mode under the new circumstances,proceed from China＇s actual conditions,strengthen legislation and institutional design,deal with the problem foreign-funded credit reference institutions as soon as possible,cope with correctly the market exit of foreignfunded credit reference institutions,introduce regulatory personnel,and improve the supervision.
