摘　　要：目的评价消疣汤治疗扁平疣热毒蕴结证的临床疗效和安全性。方法采取双盲双模拟、随机对照临床研究方法,总病例数为80例,其中研究组(消疣汤)40例、对照组(西药)40例,疗程4周,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗4周后,治疗组痊愈率为15.0%、总有效率达92.5%;对照组痊愈率为5.0%、总有效率为62.5%,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,研究组未见不良反应发生。结论消疣汤治疗扁平疣热毒蕴结证疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiao You decoction on the treatment of heat-toxin accumulation verruca plana. Methods A Total of 80 patients with verruca plana were randomly selected for double-blind control trial. Half of them were treated with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM, study group）, while the other half were treated with western medicine （control group） for four weeks. The evaluation of efficacy and side effects were performed. Results Total effective rate was 92.5% after treatment and cure rate was 15.0% in study group, which was significantly higher than that of control group （62.5%, 5.0%） （P 〈 0.05）. The TCM symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. No significant side effects or toxicity were observed during trial period. Conclusion Xiao You decoction is effective and safe on treatment with synadrome of heat-toxin accumulation verruca plana.
