摘 要:通过问卷调查和现场调查的方式调研了民用建筑太阳能热水系统和北京地区农宅太阳能供暖系统的应用状况。分析了太阳能热水系统、农宅太阳能供暖系统及太阳能建筑应用中存在的问题及解决策略。结果显示不同太阳能热水系统项目工程造价差别较大,分散供热水系统的工程造价约为集中供热水系统的1.5~2倍;大部分农宅太阳能供暖系统实际使用状况未能达到设计的节能效果。研究认为太阳能系统成功应用的关键是在确保合理设计、施工质量的前提下,做好后期的运行维护管理。The application status of solar hot-water systems and heating systems in Beijing area by questionnaire survey and field investigation are investigated. The solar hot-water system engineering cost of various system types is analyzed, so as to different solar collectors, auxiliary energy consumption of solar heating systemin rural residence building, existing problems and solving strategies in solar energy application. Results show that there is great difference among engineering cost of different solar water heating systems; the engineering cost of individual hot water supply system is about one and half to twice more than collective hot water supply system, and the actual application of most country house solar heating systems could not achieve the design energy saving effect. The key for solar energy system successfully using in building is proposed, and the working emphasis is operation, maintenance and managementafter completion and delivery, on the premise of reasonable design and construction to solar energy system.
