大型住区的室外风环境和热环境研究——以广州万科府前花园为例

摘　　要：通过利用CFD模拟技术软件,按绿色建筑评价要求,对住宅小区的室外风、热环境进行数值模拟以及实际测量。根据各季节主导风向和平均风速,模拟得出建筑周围的风速分布规律,实际测量出各布点位置风速随时间变化的趋势;均能体现较好的室外风环境及热环境,且能为室内自然通风环境提供良好的条件。Through the CFD simulation software, in accordance with the requirements of green building evaluation, the outdoor wind and thermal environment of residential area are simulated and measured. According to the dominant wind direction and the average wind speed in four seasons, the wind speed distribution around the building is simulated, as well as the actual measured location of wind speed and the general trend of its variation with time, which can reflect the wind environment outdoor and thermal environment, provide good conditions for indoor natural ventilation.
