摘  要:将分布式电源(DG)的无功调节能力与传统的电压调节手段相结合,研究了含DG的配电网无功优化问题。建立以降低系统网损、抑制电压波动和电压稳定指标为综合目标的配电网多目标无功优化模型。通过蒙特卡罗仿真对配电网系统进行无功补偿选址,采用模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,并基于量子混合蛙跳算法求解含DG的配电网无功优化问题。最后,通过IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真计算,结果表明在配电网接入DG的基础上进行无功优化能较大程度地改善系统电压水平和降低系统网损,并且证明了所提算法的可行性和有效性。Considering the reactive power regulation capability of distributed generators and traditional voltage regulation method,the paper studies the reactive power optimization problem of distribution network with distributed generators.A model for multi-objective reactive power optimization is presented with a comprehensive objective function of reducing the network loss,restricting node voltage variations and the voltage stability index of the distribution network.The location of reactive power compensation device for the distribution network is determined by Monte Carlo simulation.And the weight coefficient of each index was determined by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Quantum shuffled frog leaping algorithm is used to solve the reactive power optimization.Simulation is carried out based on IEEE 33-bus system.The result shows that it can improve the voltage profiles of the distribution network and reduce network loss greatly when the reactive power optimization is adopted by the distribution network with distributed generators.In addition,it proves the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
