法治与德治思想辨析

摘　　要：文章通过对法治与德治关系进行阐释分析,着重论述法治与德治的历史传统渊源、现实辩证关系及与社会主义核心价值观的内涵因应,强调法治与德治的中庸和谐与综合施治的关系,并将社会主义核心价值观引入其中,从而阐述坚持法治与德治并用的重要意义。According to the report,the combining rule of law with the rule of virtue is a part of the major tasks are to improve a socialist system of laws with Chinese characteristics.It is the unity of succeeding and surpassing,it has the deep connation of traditional culture and the socialist core values.So the analysis of the rule of law with the rule of virtue has the great historical theoretical and practical significance.
