摘　　要：针对建筑沉降的特点,根据灰色系统理论,运用灰色预测模型GM(1,1),利用VBA(Visual Basic for Application)在EXCEL下编写宏程序,对建筑沉降进行预测分析,可以轻松实现灰色预测,效率提升明显且预测结果直观,其结果令人满意。For the characteristics of the buildings, according to the grey system theory, using grey prediction model GM （1, 1）, write a macro program in EXCEL based the VBA （Visual Basic for Application）, to forecast the building subsidence analysis, it can achieve grey forecasting easily, through analysis, the efficiency improved obviously and the result is intuitive and satisfied.
