摘　　要：如何快速发现变化信息逐渐成为影响地形图现势性的重要因素。本文结合笔者多年工作经验,对北京市测绘设计研究院在变化发现工作中的探索进行了阐述。介绍了采用遥感影像、竣工测量资料、通过工程任务、规划信息及资料室对外供图、委派区域专员进行有针对性的巡查等手段获取变化信息,提供实地变化图斑,从而实现提高作业效率,减少外业工作量和外业巡视盲目性。Whether promote information changes rapidly becomes an essential factor in topographic map. This essay relates to author＇s fundamental work experiences in Beijing Institute of surveying and mapping of discovery are described in change. Introduction of remote sensing images, completed survey data, engineering tasks, planning information, library materials, appointed regional commissioner for targeted inspections and other means to get change information, provide on-site change polygon, which not only enhance work efficiency but also reduce workload and out-side industry visits blindness.
