摘  要:目的:探讨糖代谢异常对冠心病患者血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)微小RNA(miR)126的影响。方法:选择2014年1-6月在我院心内科住院的患者,根据空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)及冠状动脉造影结果分为对照组、冠心病组、合并组(冠心病+糖尿病),收集血液标本,分离培养EPC并鉴定,定量RT-PCR测定miRNA含量,统计分析各组间EPC分离数量及miR126表达。结果:冠心病患者循环血中EPCs数量减少,FPG和2hPG均与miR126水平均呈负相关。结论:糖代谢异常使患者循环血中EPCs中miR126表达减少。Objective:To explore the impact of abnormal glucose metabolism on miR126 in progenitor cells in patients with coronary heart disease.Method:Hospitalized patients were selected from department of Cardiology during January to June in 2014.They were divided into control group,CHD group,merge group(diabetes and coronary heart disease),according to fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial blood glucose 2h(2hPG)and coronary angiography.We collected blood samples,isolated and cultured endothelial progenitor cells(EPC),and use quantitative RT-PCR to determine the microRNA126.Result:The number of circulating EPCs in patients with coronary heart disease decreased.Negative correlation were observed between FPG,2hPG and miR126.Conclusion:miR126was reduced in circulating EPCs of abnormal glucose metabolism in patient.
