利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果及预后影响。方法选取105例偏头痛患者为研究对象，根据其意愿分成联合组（A组，n＝55）和对照组（B组，n＝50）两组。 B组予以口服氟桂利嗪胶囊方案，A组同时联合利脑心胶囊。对比两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况，记录其用药前后血浆5－羟色胺（5－HT）与降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）水平变化差异。结果①A组总有效率为90．9％，明显高于B组的76．0％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；②用药前，两组患者在5－HT及CGRP水平对比上差异均未见统计学意义（P＞0．05）；用药后，A组5－HF水平为（301．6±40．5）ng／L，明显高于B组的（277．8±39．8）ng／L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；B组CGRP水平为（14．4±4．1）ng／L，高于A组的（11．3±4．1）ng／L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；③A组不良反应发生率为14．5％，同B组的14．0％比较差异未见统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论对偏头痛患者予以利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊方案，疗效确切，不良反应轻微，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects and prognostic influence of linaoxin capsule combined with flunarizine capsule in treatment of migraine.Methods One hundred and five patients with migraine were selected for the study, they were divided into combination group（group A, n=55） and control group（group B, n=50） according to their wishes.Group B adopted the flunarizine capsule plan and group A had linaoxin capsule in addition.Then the clinical effects and adverse reactions in both groups were compared, the plasma levels of 5-HT and CGRP before and after treatment wererecorded.Results ①ThetotaleffectiverateofgroupAwas90.9%,whichwashigherthanthatofgroupB （76.0%）, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.②Before treatment, the two groups had no significantly difference in levels of 5-HT and CGRP（ P〉.05）;After treatment, the level of 5-HF in group A was（301.6 ±40.5） ng/L, which was higher than that in group B[（277.8 ±39.8）ng/L];and the level of CGRP in group B was（14.4 ±4.1）ng/L, which was higher than that in group A[（11.3 ±4.1）ng/L], the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.③The incidence of ad-verse reactions in group A was 14.5%,that of group B was 14.0%, there was no significant difference（P〉.05）.Con-clusions Linaoxin capsule combined with flunarizine capsule in treatment of migraine is effective and has slight adverse re-actions, which is worth popularizing.
