摘 要:通过盆栽试验检测分析湘7920、湘桑6号、粤桑11号、农桑14号4个栽培桑品种的幼苗在重金属离子镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)复合胁迫下的生长状态和叶片主要生理指标的变化,选择适合应用于重金属污染耕地生态恢复的桑品种。每个供试桑品种的幼苗均设置低、中、高共6组浓度梯度的Cd、Pb复合胁迫处理区。低浓度Cd、Pb胁迫有促进桑苗生长的作用,中、高浓度的Cd、Pb胁迫抑制桑苗的生长;4个桑品种中,湘桑6号、湘7920的幼苗长势相对较好。4个桑品种幼苗叶片中的叶绿素含量均随着2种重金属离子处理浓度的升高而显著下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量均随着重金属离子处理浓度的升高而显著上升。高浓度的Cd、Pb胁迫能显著降低4个桑品种幼苗叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,显著降低粤桑11号幼苗叶片中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力;中浓度Cd、Pb胁迫能显著提高农桑14号与湘桑6号幼苗叶片中的过氧化物酶(POD)活力。依据试验结果初步认为湘桑6号、湘7920可作为重金属污染耕地生态恢复的栽培桑品种。In order to choose mulberry varieties suitable for ecological restoration at arable lands contaminated by heavy metal,a pot experiment was conducted to study the changes of growth and main physiological characteristics of mulberry seedling of 4 mulberry varieties,namely Xiang 7920,Xiangsang 6,Yuesang 11 and Nongsang 14,under the compound stress of cadmium( Cd) and plumbum( Pb) with 6 concentration gradients of low,medium and high. The results showed that low concentration of Cd and Pb stress promoted the growth of mulberry seedlings,medium and high concentration of Cd and Pb stress inhibited the growth of mulberry seedlings. Among the four mulberry varieties,Xiangsang6 grew well followed by Xiang7920. The content of chlorophyll in mulberry leaves of four mulberry varieties decreased significantly with the increase of two heavy metal concentrations,while the content of malondialdehyde( MDA) increased significantly with the increase of heavy metal concentration. High concentration of Cd and Pb stress can significantly reduce the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) in mulberry leaves of the four mulberry varieties,and significantly reducethe activity of catalase( CAT) in seedling leaves of Yuesang 11. Medium concentration of Cd and Pb stress can significantly improve the activity of peroxidase( POD) in seedling leaves of Nongsang 14 and Xiangsang 6. According to the test result,Xiangsang 6and Xiang 7920 are the suitable mulberry varieties for ecological restoration at arable lands contaminated by heavy metal.
