海上预制承台墩身施工过程中的止摆措施及其振动监测

摘  要:港珠澳大桥CB04标桥梁下部结构预制吊装过程中采用新型止水工艺,即钢管桩与预制承台之间采用止水托盘止水,在海洋风浪作用下预制承台与桩身会产生不同程度的振动,造成预制承台与桩身之间产生相对位移,影响湿接缝混凝土的浇筑质量。在预制承台吊装就位后,预制承台与桩身间采用12个水下千斤顶进行加固,同时单根桩身设12个等距环向剪力键构成止摆措施。在现场建立了自动采集及无线远程传输系统,实现了对预制承台及桩身振动效应的实时监测。现场实测数据及理论分析结果表明,采用止摆措施后预制承台与桩身间的相对位移减小了84%~96%,验证了止摆措施的有效性。The new waterproof construction technology has been applied in prefabrication and erection of substructure of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge CB04 Contract section,which means that the pallet is used for sealing between the steel tubular pipe and prefabricated pile cap.Prefabricated pile caps and pile foundation will produce different degree of oscillation under the action of waves,which result in relative displacement between pile cap and pile shaft and it will influence the pouring quality at the connection parts of the wet joint.After installation of pile cap,12 underwater hosting jacking are used to reinforce the jointing part of pile cap and shaft,and in the meantime 12 shear keys are used for single pile shaft to form swing-resistant device.The automatic data acquisition and wireless data transmission system is established at site to realize real-time monitoring to the oscillation effect of prefabricated pile cap and shaft.The in-situ monitoring data and theoretical analysis results indicate that the relative displacements between pile cap and pile foundation is decreased by 84%to 96% which has verified the effectiveness of the swing-resistant measures.
