摘　　要：首先提出了基于物联网的公路网运行状态监测标准规范体系框架制定的基本思路。其次,明确了标准规范体系框架的结构层次划分原则,并建立了基于物联网的公路网运行状态监测标准规范体系框架。最后,探讨了基于物联网的公路网运行状态监测标准规范体系框架与其他标准体系的关联,并对后续公路监测领域物联网标准化工作提出了三点措施建议。The general idea of how to establish the standard system framework is put forward at first,then the classification principle of structural hierarchy in this standard system framework is defined,and the standard system framework for highway network operation monitoring based on IOT is established.In the end,the relationship between this standard system framework and other relevant standard system is discussed.Three pieces of advice on IOT standardization of highway monitoring are proposed as well.
