摘 要:在基质沥青中拌和不同含量的木质纤维、矿物纤维、两种尺寸的聚丙烯化学纤维形成沥青-纤维胶浆,先进行TFOT短期老化及PAV长期老化,再将不同老化程度的胶浆进行微观形态观察、物理特性及流变试验,探讨纤维对黏结料的加劲效果。研究表明,添加纤维对于胶浆针入度、软化点、黏度、抗拉强度及韧性等物理特性行为能确实达到加劲的效果。流变试验中显示纤维有最佳含量的趋势,在最佳含量时可以得到胶浆复数模量的峰值及相位角的最低值。添加纤维能减缓胶浆的老化作用,并可以降低其对温度及频率的敏感性。本研究提出以胶浆物理特性行为决定纤维最佳添加含量的方法,针对不同老化程度的沥青-纤维胶浆进行试验,建议木质纤维、矿物纤维及化学纤维最佳添加含量分别为0.3%、0.4%、0.3%。The matrix asphalt is mixed with different content of wood fiber,mineral fiber,two size of polypropylene chemical fiber to produce the asphalt-fiber mucilage,then TFOT short-term aging and PAV long-term aging are conducted,thereafter microcosmic morphology observation,physical properties and rheological tests are carried out under different aging conditions of mucilage,the stiffening effect of fiber on the stick is discussed.Research shows that adding fiber for mucilage penetration,softening point,viscosity and physical properties such as tensile strength and toughness behaviors can really achieve the stiffening effect.Rheological experiments show that fiber has the best content trend,in the best when the content of mucilage can be obtained after the low end of its peak value of the modulus and phase Angle.Add fiber can slow down the ageing process of mucilage,and can reduce the sensitivity to temperature and frequency.Physical properties is presented in this study mucilage behavior decision method of adding content of fiber best,according to different degree of aging asphalt-fiber mucilage to test and advice best add wood fiber and mineral fiber and chemical fiber content are 0.3%,0.4% and 0.3%respectively.
