摘  要:为评估交直流混联受端电网连锁故障引发直流系统持续换相失败的风险,提出了一种基于短路比滚动评估的直流系统退出运行故障集建立方法。该方法通过支路开断分布因子快速计算故障后其余线路的负载率,从而确定受线路开断潮流变化较大的线路作为后继故障线路;通过滚动计算每次故障后交流系统的短路比和有效短路比指标,当故障后受端电网短路比/有效短路比降低至阈值以下时判断直流系统退出运行,完成连锁故障集的构建。PSD-BPA程序仿真结果表明,河南电网发生建立的连锁故障后,短路比/有效短路比降低至2/1.5以下,±800 k V哈郑直流发生持续换相失败,最终退出运行,验证了所提方法的有效性。In order to evaluate the risk of DC system continuous commutation failure caused by cascading failure oc- curred in the receiving end of AC/DC hybrid power grid, we propose an establishment method of cascading failure set which may cause DC system to quit operation based on short circuit ratio rolling evaluation. The post-failure load rate of lines can be quickly calculated through line outage distribution factor, then the lines whose power flow are affected great- er can be determined as the candidate failure lines. The cascading failure set can be established through rolling calculating the short circuit ratio and effective short circuit ratio after each failure. The DC system can be determined as out-of-service when the short circuit ratio and effective short circuit ratio of the post-failure AC system are below the thresholds. The simulation results calculated by PSD-BPA show that when the cascading failure established by the method proposed in this paper in Henan Power Grid and the short circuit ratio and effective short circuit ratio reduce below 2 and 1.5, continuous commutation failure occurs in the ~800 kV Hami-Zhengzhou DC transmission system, which can cause the DC transmission system to quit operation. The effectiveness of the method proposed is verified by the example.
