摘 要:通过赫尔槽试验和方槽试验研究了添加剂(包括柔软剂、润湿剂、沙剂和稳定剂)以及工艺条件(包括电流密度、温度和时间)对电镀珍珠镍的影响,得到较佳的镀液配方和工艺为:NiSO4·6H2O 400~500g/L,NiCl2·6H2O 45g/L,H3BO3 40g/L,柔软剂双苯磺酰亚胺(BBI)8~42mL/L,润湿剂丁二酸二己酯磺酸钠(MA-80)0.8~2.0mL/L,沙剂TB2.4—3.2mL/L,稳定剂NB0.8~2.5mL/L,温度50~60℃,pH3.5~4.5,电流密度2~15A/dm^2。采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析了珍珠镍镀层的微观结构,并通过中性盐雾试验对比研究了珍珠镍镀层和光亮镍镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明,珍珠镍镀层呈珍珠般柔和的银白色,其表面均匀分布着许多直径为3~10μm、深1~2um的圆形凹坑。相同厚度的珍珠镍镀层的耐蚀性优于光亮镍镀层。The effects of additives including softening agent, wetting agent, pearling agent, and stabilizing agent as well as process conditions such as current density, temperature, and time on pearl nickel plating were studied experimentally in Hull cell and square cell. The optimal bath composition and process conditions were obtained as follows: NiSO4·6H2O 400-500 g/L, NiCl2·6H2O 45 g/L, H3BO3 40 g/L, dibenzenesulfonimide (BBI) as softening agent 8-42 mL/L, sodium dihexyl sulfosuccinate (MA-80) as wetting agent 0.8-2.0 mL/L, pearling agent TB 2.4-3.2 mL/L, stabilizing agent NB 0.8-2.5 mL/L, temperature 50-60 ℃, pH 3.5-4.5, and current density 2-15 A/dm^2. The microstructure of pearl nickel coating were analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The corrosion resistance of pearl nickel coating and bright nickel coating were compared by neutral salt spray test. The results showed that pearl nickel coating is soft silver-white and just like the surface of pearl. A lot of round pits with a diameter of 3-10μm and a depth of 1-2 μm are uniformly distributed on the surface of pearl nickel coating. With thickness being the same, the corrosion resistance of pearl nickel coating is better than that of bright nickel coating.
