摘  要:以‘郑单958’玉米杂交种种子为材料,25℃恒温下,采用控制加水量法分别进行3、6、12、20、24和35h的水引发处理,测定处理后种子的水浸电导率、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,同时测定种子发芽相关指标、幼苗形态及相关生理指标(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶)。结果表明,与对照(CK 1和CK 2)相比,适宜时间(12h)的水引发处理下种子水浸电导率及MDA质量摩尔浓度显著下降,相关保护酶活性增强。同时,12h的水引发处理促进种子的萌发,幼苗苗长、鲜质量和干质量显著高于对照,保护酶活性增强,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质量分数增高,但引发时间过长(35h),会造成种子活力明显下降、部分胚根突破种皮,幼苗长势减弱。The hydro-priming treatments for 3,6,12,20,24 and 35hwere conducted at 25 ℃ with the material of‘Zhengdan 958'maize hybrid seeds,and seed germination,conductivity,MDA,soluble sugar and soluble protein content,CAT and POD activity of seed,as well as seedling morphology and physiological indicators were assayed.The results showed that compared with the controls,hydro-priming treatment for 12 hresulted in significant decrease of conductivity and MDA mass molatray,and increase of protective enzymes activity in maize seeds.After the seed treatment of 12 h hydro-priming,seed germination was accelerated,seedling length,fresh mass and dry mass increased,activities of CAT and POD enhanced,and mass fractions of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased.However,unduly hydro-priming,such as treated for more than 35 h,would lead to decline of seed vitality,seed coat broken by radical,and weakness of seedlings.
