摘 要:随着热镀锌行业对使用六价铬钝化的限制,研究和使用无铬钝化工艺是未来发展的趋势。介绍了热镀锌钛基钝化膜的形成和防护机理,将钛基(主要有硫酸钛、硫酸氧钛、钛酸四正丁酯、氟钛酸、氟钛酸钾、氟钛酸铵等)钝化分为单一钛基钝化和钛基杂化钝化,综述了热镀锌钛基钝化的研究进展,指出其工业化应用存在的问题(包括钝化膜的外观、钝化液的稳定性和环境因素等)。With the increasing restriction of chromate passivation in hot-dip galvanizing industry, to research and apply chromium-free passivation technologies is the development trend in the future. The titanium-based passivation technology using titanium sulfate, titanyl sulfate, tetra-n-butyl titanate, hexafluorotitanic acid, potassium fluotitanate, ammonium hexafluorotitanate, etc. is divided into single titanium-based passivation and hybrid titanium-based passivation. The formation and protection mechanisms of titanium-based passivation were introduced. The research progress of titanium-based passivation on hot-dip galvanized steel was reviewed. The problems existing in the industrial application such as appearance ofpassivation film, stability of passivation solution, and environmental factors were pointed out.
