水生态文明的伦理特征与科技驱动策略研究——基于江阴市的分析

摘　　要：生态文明是人类文明的一个高级形态,水生态文明是生态文明建设的一个重要组成部分。水生态文明是将生态文明理念融入水利建设和管理的各个方面、各个环节,它的伦理特征包含了水的内在价值性、水的合理利用性和水的精神隐喻性。在考察江阴市水生态文明建设目标、评价指标的基础上,分析水生态文明建设中存在的问题及相关科技需求。通过江阴市水生态文明建设的整体逻辑过程,提出科技创新支撑水生态文明建设的主要路径。Ecological civilization is an advanced form of human civilization. The water ecological civilization construction is an indispensable part of the construction of ecological civilization. Water ecological civilization is integrating ecological civilization idea into the water conservancy construction and management. The ethical characteristics include reasonable utilization,water value and water spirit. Based on the main target and evaluation index of water ecological civilization construction,according to the present situation of water ecological civilization construction in Jiangyin city and the existing problems,the paper analyzes the related technology needs. Through the whole process of water ecological civilization construction,the paper puts forward the main way to support water ecological civilization construction.
