摘  要:为使设计知识有效激发灵感,提出利用认知模式进行产品创意设计案例知识组织的方法。基于问题与方案共进模型,提出激发灵感由外在信息与作用对象组成,形成问题、方案与桥接3个激发通道。阐述了设计案例的定义,指出创意设计案例知识获取特征。建立了知识组织系统架构,分为目标层、认知基础层、应用情境层、案例组织层及知识服务层5个方面。其中,案例组织层包括知识单元组织、知识库组织及知识单元挖掘,分别实现标准化元数据结构、案例知识加工宏观控制及新知识发现功能。在厨具设计中应用该系统,通过调查设计师使用情况,验证该组织方法能有效增加激发灵感机率。In order to make design knowledge excite inspiration effectively, according to cognitive mode, the knowledge organization method of product creative design cases was established. Based on the model of problem and solution co-evolution, the inspiration was excited by external information and action object, then three inspiration channels of problem, solution and bridge were formed. The definition of design cases was stated, and the characteristics of knowledge acquisition of creative design case were pointed out. The systematic frame of knowledge organization was built up, which included 5 parts, the target level, cognition level,application scene level, case organization level and knowledge service level. The case organization level included knowledge unit organization, knowledge database organization and knowledge unit mining, they could respectively realize the functions of the standardized data structure, the macroscopic control of the database and the new knowledge finding. In the kitchenware design, the system with application of the above method is validated to inspire effectively by the investigation on the designers.
