摘  要:薄壁管材弯曲过程的仿真由于高度非线性仿真计算量很大且费时间,为缩短仿真时间、提高分析效率,工程上采用了一些特殊的方法来加速模拟过程,如速度加速法、质量缩放法等,这种单方面调整某一物理量的方法不仅容易产生误差,且不够严谨、缺乏理论基础的支持。针对上述问题,提出了结合时间坐标变换与质量缩放的当量法进行弯曲成型过程的仿真分析。推导了当量法的基本公式,对时间变量进行坐标变换,而保持空间坐标变量不变,并对弯曲成型时间及递推求解时间步长的控制实现计算量的控制。给出了应用当量法的步骤;并通过算例验证了当量法的有效性,表明当量法不仅可以大大提高计算效率,而且具有足够的分析精度,因此上述算法具有很好应用价值。Due to a large amount of highly nonlinear simulation calculation and time - wasting for thin - walled tube bending process simulation, in order to shorten the simulation time and improve the efficiency of the analysis, a special method is used in engineering to accelerate the simulation process, such as speed acceleration, mass scaling methods etc. But such a unilateral physical adjustment method is easy to produce errors, and not rigorous enough, lack of theoretical foundation support. The paper puts forward a method for the simulation analysis of forming process of tube bends, which combines coordinate translation with mass scaling and is called the equivalent method. The pa- per deduces the basic formula of the equivalent method ; it takes transformation of time coordinate, meanwhile keeps spatial coordinates not transform, and controls the computation by controlling bends forming time and steps of recur- rence formula. The paper gives out steps for using the equivalent method, and validates its correctness and validity, which shows that this method can not only greatly raise simulation efficiency, but also has enough analysis precision .
