摘  要:以油茶‘闽43’和‘闽60’为试材,研究油茶果实内源激素含量变化与果实发育的关系。结果表明,‘闽43’和‘闽60’果实生长曲线均属于单S型;果实中4种内源激素含量,在种子中总体上随果实发育呈下降趋势,在果皮中则呈先下降后上升的趋势。果皮和种子中激素总体水平均表现为脱落酸(ABA)含量最大,其次是吲哚乙酸(IAA),玉米素核苷(ZR)和赤霉素(GA3)含量相近,均处于较低水平;果皮中GA3含量与‘闽43’纵径呈极显著正相关,与‘闽60’纵径无显著性相关;种子中4种内源激素含量与果实横径、纵径、单果重和鲜籽重均呈极显著负相关,而果皮中4种内源激素含量与果实各表型性状间的相关性呈较大差异。The cuhivars ' Min 43' and ' Min 60' ( Camellia oleifera Abel. ) were used to investigate the changes of endogenous hormones and their effects on the fruit growth and development. The results showed as follows. The fruits of ' Min 43 ' and ' Min 60' all exhibited S-shape growth curve. The 4 hormones contents in seeds generally decreased with fruit development, but droped firstly and went up then in peel. The overall hormone levels of peel and seeds were showed as follows, the content of abscisic acid (ABA) was the highest, followed by indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), the contents of zeatin riboside (ZR) and gibberellin acid (GA3 ) were closed at a low level. The correlation between peel's GA3 content and length of ' Min 43' fruit reached a significantly positive correlation, and length of 'Min 60' fruit didn't reach a significant correlation. The correlation between 4 endogenous hormones contents in seeds and fruit diameter, length, single fruit weight and fresh seed weight all reached a significantly negative correlation, but the correlations between 4 endogenous hormones contents in peel and each phenotypic trait presented a remarkable difference.
