摘　　要：探讨我院临床试验用药物信息化管理平台建设及其在药物临床试验中的应用。我院《药物临床试验项目管理系统》与医院原有的HIS、LIS、RIS等系统对接,对临床试验用药物进行电子信息化管理。成立我院机构临床研究药物专用药库和药房,试验用药物管理采用药物临床试验(good clinical practice,GCP)系统药物管理模块,执行药品保管制度,药剂科专业人员负责试验用药品的验收、发放、回收、保管等。To investigate the construction of drugs information management platform and its application to clinical trials. Our drugs clinical trials administration system successfully docked with HIS,LIS,RIS system to management projects. The special pharmacy store and pharmacies are established to manage drugs using the module of GCP（ good clinical practice） electronic administration and drug management systems. Simultaneously,the pharmacists are responsible for product acceptance,distribution,recovery and storage in our agency.
