系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中趋化因子CXCL家族的含量检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中趋化因子CXCL家族的含量及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测SLE患者和健康体检者血清中CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL13、CXCL16的含量,采用流式细胞术检测外周血中CXCR3、CXCR5、CXCR6的含量,进一步分析不同活动程度以及临床特征SLE患者血清指标的差异。结果:病理组血清中CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL13、CXCL16的含量及外周血中CD3+CD4+CXCR3+T细胞、CD3+CD4+CXCR5+T细胞、CD3+CD4+CXCR6+T细胞的含量高于对照组;SLE活动组CXCLs和CXCRs的表达量高于SLE非活动组;蝶形红斑以及口腔溃疡SLE患者血清中CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11含量明显升高,贫血和蛋白尿SLE患者血清中CXCL13、CXCL16含量升高,关节炎SLE患者血清中CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL16含量升高。结论:系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中趋化因子CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL13、CXCL16的含量明显升高,并且与疾病的活动程度以及临床特征密切相关。Objective：To detect the contents of serum chemokine CXCL family in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and to explore its clinical significance.Methods：Serum CXCL9,CXCL10,CXCL11,CXCL13 and CXCL16contents of SLE patients and healthy volunteers were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,CXCR3,CXCR5 and CXCR6contents in peripheral blood were assayed by flow cytometry,and serum index differences of patients with different activity degree and clinical features of SLE were further analyzed.Results：Serum CXCL9,CXCL10,CXCL11,CXCL13 and CXCL16contents as well as CD3^＋CD4^＋CXCR3^＋T cell,CD3^＋CD4^＋CXCR5＋T cell and CD3^＋CD4^＋CXCR6^＋T cell contents in peripheral blood of pathology group were higher than those of control group.Expression of CXCLs and CXCRs in SLE active group was higher than that of inactive SLE group.Serum CXCL9,CXCL10 and CXCL11contents of SLE patients with butterfly erythema and oral ulcers significantly increased,serum CXCL13 and CXCL16contents of SLE patients with anemia and proteinuria significantly increased,and serum CXCL10,CXCL11 and CXCL16contents of SLE patients with arthritis significantly increased.Conclusions：Serum chemokines CXCL9,CXCL10,CXCL11,CXCL13 and CXCL16contents in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus significantly increase and are closely correlated with activity degree and clinical features of the disease.
