摘　　要：文中从"刺营微创宣泄咽喉热毒"、"通经接气针法引针感直达咽喉病所"、"针刺转移兴奋灶改善咽喉炎性症状"、"研创开音1、2号穴提高临床疗效"、"针刺与呼吸疗法相配合延长疾病发作周期"、"针刺治神"等六个方面对谢强教授针刺防治咽喉疾病的治疗理念及临床特色经验全方位总结。The article summarized the professor XIE Qiang＇s diagnosis ideas and clinical experiences of prevention and treatment of the throat disease with acupuncture which focused on six aspects： ＂acupotomy bloodletting therapy-a tiny wound therapy applies to clear away heat and toxin of pharynx＂, ＂promotion needling technique is used to promote the needling sensation to reach the diseases sites＂,＂the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of transfer focus of excitation can acute inflammation disease of pharynx＂,＂using open sound 1and open sound 2hole to improve the clinical curative effect＂,＂acupuncture with Inhalation therapy extend the cycle of disease＂and ＂aupuncture to regulate the spirit＂.
