针刺配合六磨汤肛滴治疗恶性肠梗阻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察针刺配合六磨汤肛滴治疗恶性肠梗阻的临床疗效,为日后的临床治疗提供参考。方法：选择2013年1月~2014年3月收治的恶性肠梗阻患者20例为研究对象,按照随机的方法,将20例患者划分为两组,每组患者10例,分别定义为观察组及对照组。观察组患者给予针刺配合六磨汤肛滴治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：经过临床讨论和研究,观察组患者显效6例（60.0%）,有效3例（30.0%）,无效1例（10.0%）,总有效率为90.0%;对照组患者显效4例（40.0%）,有效2例（20.0%）,无效4例（40.0%）,总有效率为60.0%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05,观察组优于对照组。结论：通过对恶性肠梗阻患者实施针刺配合六磨汤肛滴治疗,可有效缓解患者的临床表现,减轻症状,促使患者逐步的康复,且不易复发,未出现并发症。日后,可将针刺配合六磨汤肛滴治疗在恶性肠梗阻治疗中推广应用。Objective： To discuss the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Liumo Decoction for treating malignant intestinal obstruction,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： Selecting January 2013 to March 2014 of our hospital were diagnosed malignant bowel obstruction patients,and 20 cases as the research objects,according to the method of random,20 cases of patients were divided into two groups,each group of 10 cases of patients were defined as the observation group and the controlled group. The observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with Liumo Decoction,the controlled group was given conventional treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： After clinical discussion and research of the observed group were markedly in 6cases（ 60. 0%）,effective in 3cases（ 30. 0%）,invalid in 1case（ 10. 0%）. The total effective rate was 90. 0%; in the controlled group,markedly effective in 4cases（ 40. 0%）,effective in2cases（ 20. 0%）,failed in 4cases（ 40. 0%）,the total effective rate was 60. 0%,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）,the observed group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion： Through to malignant bowel obstruction in patients with acupuncture combined with Liumo Decoction enema treatment,which can effectively relieve the clinical manifestations and alleviate the symptoms,prompte patients gradually rehabilitation,and not easy to relapse,without complications. In the future,the acupuncture combined with the Liumo Decoction can be used in the treatment of malignant bowel obstruction.
